Phoenix, Ariz. – Phoenix Commercial Advisors facilitated the sale of Union Street at Norterra, a newly constructed multi-tenant retail center. The property, located on the northeast corner of Norterra Parkway and Happy Valley Road in Phoenix, Ariz., sold for $843 per square foot.

Surprise, Ariz., June 24, 2026 – Phoenix Commercial Advisors facilitated the sale of Grand Village Center, a necessity-based multi-tenant retail center. The property, located on the southeast corner of Reems Road and U.S. Route 60 in Surprise, Ariz., sold for $10,700,000, or $203 per square foot.
