The new Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria location will open June 29, which is designed to only offer delivery and carryout.
“We’re excited to make Glendale home to our fourth location in Arizona and support the economy and local community by providing jobs at our restaurants,” Owner Marc Malnati said in a press release.
Lou Malnati’s is a family-owned company that features Chicago-style deep dish pizza.
It’s the first location in the West Valley. The company has full-service restaurants in central Phoenix and north Scottsdale, and a small carryout and delivery location in east Phoenix.
Lou Malnati’s arrived in the Valley in 2016 to much fanfare, setting up shop at Central Avenue and Camelback Road.
That was the first out-of-state parlor for the chain since it opened in 1971 in Illinois.
The new location is on the corner of 75th Avenue and Rose Garden Lane. It will be open Monday to Thursday 4 p.m. — 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. — 10 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. — 9 p.m.
