Developer Wraps Renovation of Century-Old Downtown Phoenix Warehouse
A major makeover of a downtown Phoenix building that’s more than a hundred years old is complete.
Denver-based developer Aardex has transformed the former Pratt-Gilbert building into One West Madison – which now includes 27,000 square feet of restaurant, retail and event space and is looking for tenants.
The newly-renovated building – located steps away from Mortgage Matchup Center, where the Phoenix Suns play – is part of a larger play to redevelop the whole block within Phoenix’s original downtown warehouse district.
Aardex also owns a site next door to One West Madison, where it aims to start construction next year on a multifamily project.
