Phoenix Commercial Advisors worked with BIG Shopping Center USA and RED Development to lease the retail space there to several tenants in the center, including Lowe’s, buybuy Baby, Nordstrom Rack, Conn’s HomePlus, T.J. Maxx, Ross, OfficeMax, PetSmart, Dollar Tree, Ulta Beauty, Pier 1 Imports, Black Angus Steakhouse, and In-N-Out Burger.

Yuma Palms Shopping Center is just off Interstate 8 in Yuma, Arizona, conveniently located adjacent to Yuma Palms Regional Center. Yuma Palms Regional Center is a 1-million-square-foot regional, open air, lifestyle center built in 2001. The center as a whole is the main retail focus for metro Yuma, including San Luis and San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico.

Luhrs City Center

Luhrs City Center consists of the Luhrs Building and the Luhrs Tower, the city’s first two skyscrapers. Both are established on the Phoenix Historic Property Register. The Luhrs Building opened in 1924 as the tallest building in Arizona and represented the first major commercial office in Phoenix. The Luhrs Tower opened in 1930 and became the state’s tallest high rise. Nowadays, the mixed-use property houses retail, offices and a planned hotel.
