Chandler Festival, built in 2000, is a 485,166-square-foot regional power center adjacent to Chandler Fashion Center. The proximity to Chandler Fashion Center, the second-largest mall in Phoenix Metro, and Loop 101 makes the property an easily accessible, desirable retail destination for the Southeast Valley.

Phoenix Commercial Advisors worked with BIG Shopping Center USA and RED Development to lease the retail space there to several tenants in the center, including Lowe’s, buybuy Baby, Nordstrom Rack, Conn’s HomePlus, T.J. Maxx, Ross, OfficeMax, PetSmart, Dollar Tree, Ulta Beauty, Pier 1 Imports, Black Angus Steakhouse, and In-N-Out Burger.
