Luhrs City Center consists of the Luhrs Building and the Luhrs Tower, the city’s first two skyscrapers. Both are established on the Phoenix Historic Property Register. The Luhrs Building opened in 1924 as the tallest building in Arizona and represented the first major commercial office in Phoenix. The Luhrs Tower opened in 1930 and became the state’s tallest high rise. Nowadays, the mixed-use property houses retail, offices and a planned hotel.

Phoenix Commercial Advisors worked with Lincoln Property Company to lease the nearly 16,000 square feet of desirable street-front, ground-floor retail space to a variety of popular retailers, including: Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour, Monroe’s Hot Chicken, La Madeleine French Bakery & Café, Serafina Coffer Bar, and more.
