SanTan Village

SanTan Village is a power center within a major retail commercial core, SanTan Village Master Plan, which serves as the hub for retail activity for Gilbert, Queen Creek and Pinal County trade areas. Along with the four-phase development portion that is San Tan Village, SanTan Village Master Plan includes a regional shopping center on the NWC of Loop 202 and Williams Field Road. SanTan Village is anchored by the largest Costco in Arizona and is strategically located equidistant between Chandler Fashion Center and Superstition Springs Center.

Phoenix Commercial Advisors (PCA) has leased major portions of the 245,309 square feet of retail space in the center. Major tenants, besides the anchor Costco, include Top Golf, Main Event, Nordstrom Rack, HomeGoods, Living Spaces, Caliber 82, and Shake Shack. Along with leasing the property, PCA has also sold several portions of the center over the years since it was built in 2006.

San Dorado

San Dorado is located at the highest traffic intersection in Oro Valley, an upscale suburb of Tucson. The major retailers, Target, Home Depot, Fry’s, Ross and PetSmart to name a few, at the intersection attract activity from Oro Valley, Rancho Visto and all the smaller communities to the north. The specialty center, built in 2014, is strategically situated in the primary core of residential, commercial and employment for the area, an area that continues to experience residential growth and some of the strongest household incomes in Metro Tucson.

Phoenix Commercial Advisors (PCA) worked with the developers, Kitchell and Butler Design Group, to lease the 227,250-square-foot retail property to tenants like CVS Pharmacy, Panera Bread, Mattress Firm, Chipotle, MOD Pizza, Verizon Wireless and Jersey Mike’s Subs. PCA continues to provide leasing representation for the property, and has provided representation on past sales there as well.

The Union

The Union, awarded 2019 Mixed-Use Project of the Year by AZ Big Media’s commercial real estate magazine, AZRE, covers an entire city block across from Arizona State University in the heart of downtown Tempe. Along with retail space, the new development boasts a brand-new hotel, Canopy by Hilton, and two high-rise apartment towers—one 20 stories and the other 12 stories—with 407 units.

Phoenix Commercial Advisors worked with the developers, Sundt Construction and Opus Development Group, to lease half of the 30,760 square feet of retail space to several national tenants including: Orangetheory Fitness, Sauce Pizza & Wine, Starbucks, Tocaya Organica, Nektar Juice Bar, Insomnia Cookies, and more.

Tempe Marketplace

Tempe Marketplace is a regional power center that serves Tempe and Phoenix Metro at large. The center offers 1.3 million square feet of retail space, more than 100 shops and restaurants, and plays host to more than 300 events per year. Built in 2007, the center’s vibrant outdoor environment provides many upgraded amenities like fireplaces, water features, pop-up art installations and curated landscaping.

Phoenix Commercial Advisors worked with the developer, Vestar, to lease the retail space to several of the tenants in center; major retailers include Target, JCPenney, Harkins Theatres, Best Buy, Dave & Buster’s, Ross, Stein Mart, Michaels, Nordstrom Rack, Barnes & Noble, DSW, Total Wine & More, PetSmart, H&M, Old Navy, Cost Plus World Market, Five Below, Forever 21 and BevMo!

Desert Ridge Marketplace

Desert Ridge Marketplace is a widely popular super-regional, open-air shopping center in North Phoenix. The interactive shopping, dining and entertainment destination is home to around 75 stores, more than 30 restaurants and an 18-screen luxury cinema. Its convenient location right off Loop 101 makes it easily accessible from any of the surrounding communities and beyond.

Phoenix Commercial Advisors (PCA) worked with the developer, Vestar, to lease many spaces at the 1,282,171-square-foot center. Some of its tenants include: Target, Marshalls, Albertsons, AMC Theatres, Dave & Buster’s, JOANN, Barnes & Noble, Ross, DSW, OfficeMax, PetSmart, Old Navy, CVS Pharmacy, Barbeques Galore, Sandbar Mexican Grill, Ulta Beauty, and Five Below. PCA has also competed several dispositions in the center since its opening in 2001.

QC District

QC District, a core grocery-anchored center located at a regional intersection in Queen Creek, was built in 2016 with modern architecture and top-notch construction. The center is part of a retail hub that comprises many centers, including Queen Creek Marketplace, Queen Creek Crossroads and Cornerstone at Queen Creek. Phoenix Commercial Advisors (PCA) worked with the developer, Thompson Thrift, to lease most of the 131,685-square-foot neighborhood center to national tenants like Sprouts Farmers Market, HomeGoods, Red Robbin, Mattress Firm, Kay Jewelers, Starbucks, Café Rio, AT&T, The Original Chop Shop, Pet Planet, Orangetheory Fitness, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and MOD Pizza. PCA also represented the seller and buyer in the center’s 2018 transaction.
