Prescott Valley Crossroads

Prescott Valley Crossroads is a 540,105-square-foot regional power center that was built in 2008. The 100-acre development is the first major development located on Highway 69, travelling west into Prescott. The highway location provides the center with excellent visibility and high accessibility through a convenient signalized access. The area surrounding the property has benefited from a population explosion over the past decade and is projected to continue to grow.

Phoenix Commercial Advisors worked with the developer, Kitchell, to lease the retail space to several notable tenants. Major national tenants in the center include The Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sprouts Farmers Market, Ross, T.J. Maxx, Ulta Beauty, Dollar Tree, Chick-Fil-A and more.
