QC District

QC District, a core grocery-anchored center located at a regional intersection in Queen Creek, was built in 2016 with modern architecture and top-notch construction. The center is part of a retail hub that comprises many centers, including Queen Creek Marketplace, Queen Creek Crossroads and Cornerstone at Queen Creek. The plethora of national tenants draws people to the area from all over the Valley and successfully serves Queen Creek as it continues to be one of the highest growth areas in Arizona.

Phoenix Commercial Advisors (PCA) worked with the developer, Thompson Thrift, to lease most of the 131,685-square-foot neighborhood center to national tenants like Sprouts Farmers Market, HomeGoods, Red Robbin, Mattress Firm, Kay Jewelers, Starbucks, Café Rio, AT&T, The Original Chop Shop, Pet Planet, Orangetheory Fitness, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and MOD Pizza. PCA also represented the seller and buyer in the center’s 2018 transaction.
